The main purpose of the PCBA board aging test is to simulate the daily use environment of the product through the comprehensive effects of high temperature, low temperature, high and low-temperature changes, and electric power, and expose PCBA defects, such as poor welding, mismatched component parameters, and during the debugging process The faults caused can be eliminated and improved, which will play a role in stabilizing the parameters of the defect-free PCBA board.

1. PCBA aging test standards

1. Low temperature work

Place the PCBA board that needs to be aged in a high and low-temperature testing instrument at a low temperature of -10±3°C. With rated loads 187V and 253V, power on to run all programs, and the programs remain correct.

2. High temperature work

After placing the PCBA board at 80±3℃/h, under this condition, with load 187V and 253V, power on and run all programs, and the program remains correct.

3. High temperature and high humidity work

Run the PCBA board under the conditions of temperature 65±3℃ and humidity 90-95% for 48 hours with rated load and power on to run each program. Each program should be correct.

2. PCBA aging test method

1. Place the PCBA board at ambient temperature into the thermal aging equipment at the same temperature, and the PCBA board is in a running state.

2. Reduce the temperature inside the equipment to the specified temperature value at a specified rate. When the temperature inside the equipment reaches stability, the PCBA board should be exposed to low-temperature conditions for 2 hours.

3. Raise the temperature inside the equipment to the specified temperature at a specified rate. When the temperature inside the equipment reaches stability, the PCBA board should be exposed to high temperatures for 2 hours.

4. Reduce the temperature in the equipment to room temperature at a specified rate, repeat continuously until the specified aging time, and measure and record the PCBA board once according to the specified aging time.
